Where can I find fireplace inserts to replace the cracked ones in my fireplace?

I don't need a whole insert; I just need the "brick" pieces that go inside. How much will this cost? Are the pieces easy to install?

Answer:
You are looking for fire brick usually found at stores that carry a line of wood stoves and accessories or a concrete block and brick supplier. These are generally easy to install as they are not glued or mortared in, just pull out the broken pieces and drop in a new one. Be sure to check the size before you buy.
