Built-In Gas Hobs
The 600G hob has push button ignition whilst the 600GR hob has automatic ignition and re-ignition.
ComstockStoves position the control panel along the front of the hob and therefore reduce the risk of exposure from reaching across lit burners to adjust the temperature. Controls provide precise calibration, effortlessly taking the fully sealed burners from fast boil down to an incredibly low simmer.
Twin enamelled pan supports reach across both a front and back burner. Their design enables heavy pans to be slid easily from the boil to the simmer heat. Two powerful 3.2 kW back burners are designed for larger pans. Front burners have a variable heat range from 2.4 kW, to a minimum output of 0.3 kW on one - ideal for soups and sauces.
Ignition is either by push button on the 600G or automatic on the 600GR - simply by turning the control knob. This model also features automatic re-ignition by constantly sensing that the flame is lit. If blown out, it will spark until the burner re-lights.
Hobs are only 45mm deep and can easily be installed above drawers or cupboards or over a Stoves 600 or 720 built-under oven. The Stoves 600G and 600GR gas bobs are available in white, brown or stainless steel finish.
