The E2H600 simply slides into a 600mm gap and fits flush between units by means of adjustable feet. The fanned main oven is available with either a drop down or side opening door and has an automatic timer which can be used to programme cooking times.
The economy second oven uses a heating element set into the oven floor and top element in the oven roof. This gives a balanced heat which is ideal for traditional casseroles and pies, as well as pizzas and flans.
ComstockStoves variable grill is fitted into the roof of the second oven, allowing the entire cavity, with its numerous shelf settings, to be used as a grilling area. The grill¹s dual setting gives a choice between its full width for larger dishes or just the centre section for light meals for one or two people.
The smooth ceramic hotplate has two halogen cooking zones, which react similarly to gas and have a reputation for remarkable controllability, and two radiant cooking zones. ComstockStoves halogen hotplates incorporate a circular halogen element which matches the base of most pans to give improved cooking performance.
